Because she is taller bigger & oldest in the Tots division, I’m thinking no pinks or blues, maybe a pretty red color with white piping/trims (maybe deep orange? Or reverse with white dress & red as piping/trim). Size between 8/10 Chest 28 inches Waist 26 inches Hips 29 inches Upper arm 11 inches (but I will need to check that one) Shoulder to top of knee 28 inches (I’m thinking do not hem b/c I’ll take to my alterations for correct hemming)
