My Vblog of my journal with OlyLife P90 -- this was my first session on June 2 2024. I was in some much pain that day walking into the lobby. I was so stiff - the meniscus becomes so tight that when I stand up it so very painful - After the session when was just 20 mins I was able to stand up without waiting for the to stretch and released a bit.
