Policy for Sewing Classes at Ruth Sewing Room
Please Read and Agree before you purchase a Class
The Adult Sewing Class
Sessions are for 2 hours for 6 weeks or 5 weeks will be for 2.5 hours each.
When you sign up for a class be sure you can attend the times and dates chosen. Spaces are limited and you will not be refunded for classes you missed
If you sign up for a class it will only be refunded if you notify me within 72 hours before the class starts. After the 72 hours of the classes starting NO refund will be given. So please be sure that you can attend the time and dates selected.
I will schedule you for the classes you have paid for per the receipt and the website. I will always send a second email confirmation to the email address that was provided on the receipt.
Please check your email within 24 hours of sending your payment. The first email will come from PayPal.The second will be from my email with a list of items that you will need for the first class.
On the first day, we will discuss sewing machines. If you do not have a sewing machine but want to buy your own to use please wait for the first class before buying one. I also have machines that students are welcome to use
Teens Sewing Class Policy
Registration Payment includes the first and last month of the class. Payment needs to be made in advance to hold a spot.
All class fees will be due on the 28th of the month before to ensure that student has a spot for the following month. If fees are not paid by that date I will assume the student will not continue with the class unless you have made other arrangements with me.
There will not be any refunds or discounts to those who miss classes.
If for any reason I should have to cancel a class, I will provide a time and date when that class can be made up.
For students who are not going to continue in the following month, I ask for a two weeks notice for that month or the fee will be due. This will let me know how many spots will be available for other students to sign up for my class for the following month.
